I need support, what do I do?



If you are having problems using any of the products, please take the following steps:

  • Check the Updates page, you may find that you are not using the latest version, a fix for your issue might even to specifically stated.

  • Consult the trouble shooting page. This has general advice on diagnosing issues.

  • If you are using the QlikWeb WorkBench for Visual Studio.NET then check the advice on the best practice page.
